How It Works
1. Create a Quick Invoice
Sometimes you don’t need all the bells & whistles of a job management tool – we understand. Simply click the large orange “plus” button in the bottom navigation to create a quick invoice. Input some customer information and line items, and you’re ready to save & send!
2. Send the Invoice
Once you’ve saved your quick invoice, click the “Review” button at the bottom right of the screen to see an overview before sending or accepting payment. Since you’ve already entered your customer’s email address, click the “Send” button, so your customer gets the invoice via email.
3. Get Paid!
While reviewing your quick invoice, you’ll see a “Pay Now” button, where you’ll be able to record any cash/check payments OR – to get paid even faster – enroll in card processing and accept card payments through ClearGate’s secure payment gateway!
